5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to the USA, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, and the rest of Europe. Orders are processed within 1 business day. Estimated delivery times:

• USA, Canada, UK, France: 1–3 business days (via DHL)
• Rest of Europe: 2–5 business days

Orders are shipped from our warehouses located in the USA and the UK. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 60-day return and refund policy — no questions asked. Customers receive a free return label in their package. Refunds are processed within 5 days of request, using the same payment method used for the purchase. For exchanges, we can replace the item upon customer’s request.
